Process of Participation and data Usage

Participating in the award competition is simple! Follow these steps:

Step 1: Submit your entry

• Fill out the submission form.
• Provide the required details (project, portfolio, or relevant work).
• Mail your entry packet to info@Inkspell.co.in with the following subject line syntax: “Date_Category Code _Entry Name_Company Name”.
• No entry fee—you only pay if you win!

Step 2: Jury Evaluation & Shortlisting

• After the submission deadline, the jury will review all entries.
• The shortlisting process takes two to three weeks based on merit, creativity, and impact.

Step 3: Winner Announcement

• Winners will receive a notification via email or the registered contact method.
• The final winners will be announced publicly on the day of the event.

Step 4: Payment Confirmation

• If you win, you have one week to confirm and complete payment.
• If payment is not received, the award will be transferred to the runner-up.

Step 5: Award & Recognition

• Once confirmed, you will receive the official award, certificate, and winner’s perks.
• You will be featured in promotional materials, press releases, and social media.
